J\u00e1 que hoje comemoramos o Dia Internacional da Mulher, na aula de Qu\u00edmica, a Profe Carla Ruschel, homenageou uma grande mulher, a cientista, Marie Curie! Ela foi a primeira mulher a ser laureada com o Pr\u00eamio Nobel de Qu\u00edmica, em 1911, pela descoberta dos elementos qu\u00edmicos R\u00e1dio e Pol\u00f4nio. Essas descobertas proporcionaram um grande avan\u00e7o nos estudos da radioterapia para tratamento de tumores. Ela tamb\u00e9m recebeu, em 1903, juntamente com seu marido, o F\u00edsico Pierre Curie, o pr\u00eamio Nobel de F\u00edsica. Esta \u00e9 mais uma mulher \u00e0 frente de sua \u00e9poca, pois enfrentou muita discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o no meio cient\u00edfico que era absolutamente masculino. Que belo trabalho!<\/p>\n
