Lei Org\u00e2nica da Assist\u00eancia Social \u2013 LOAS;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lei n\u00ba 8.213<\/strong>, de 24 de julho de 1991 &#8211; Disp\u00f5e sobre os Planos de Benef\u00edcios da Previd\u00eancia Social e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Decreto n\u00ba 2.536<\/strong>, de 6 de abril de 1998 \u2013 Disp\u00f5e sobre a concess\u00e3o do Certificado de Entidades de Fins Filantr\u00f3picos a que se refere o inciso IV do art. 18 da Lei n\u00ba 8.742, de 7 de dezembro de 1993 e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Decreto n\u00ba 6.308<\/strong>, de 14 de Dezembro de 2007 \u2013 Disp\u00f5e sobre as Entidades e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de assist\u00eancia social de que trata o art. 3\u00ba da Lei no 8.742, de 7 de dezembro de 1993, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Decreto 7.237<\/strong>, de 20 de julho de 2010 \u2013 Trata da Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei 12.101;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lei 8.842<\/strong>, de 04 de janeiro de 1994; Disp\u00f5e sobre a Pol\u00edtica Nacional do Idoso;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lei 8.069<\/strong>, de 13 de julho de 1990 &#8211; Disp\u00f5e sobre o Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNAS n\u00ba 109<\/strong>de 11 de novembro de 2009 &#8211; Trata da Tipifica\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Servi\u00e7os Socioassistenciais;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lei n\u00b0 12.435,<\/strong>de 06 de julho de 2011<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Altera a Lei n<u><sup>o<\/sup><\/u>\u00a0742, de 7 de dezembro de 1993, que disp\u00f5e sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Assist\u00eancia Social.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNAS n\u00ba 14<\/strong>, de 15 de maio de 2014 \u2013 Define os par\u00e2metros nacionais para a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o das entidades ou organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Assist\u00eancia Social, bem como dos servi\u00e7os, programas, projetos e benef\u00edcios socioassistenciais nos Conselhos de Assist\u00eancia Social;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mds.gov.br\/\">http:\/\/mds.gov.br\/<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mds.gov.br\/central-de-conteudo\/assistencia-social\/publicacoes-assistencia-social\/\">http:\/\/mds.gov.br\/central-de-conteudo\/assistencia-social\/publicacoes-assistencia-social\/<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfess.org.br\/arquivos\/atribuicoes2012-completo.pdf\">http:\/\/www.cfess.org.br\/arquivos\/atribuicoes2012-completo.pdf<\/a>&#8211;
