\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 Hamilton: an American musical has taken the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton and created a revolutionary moment in theater \u2014 a musical that has a profound impact on culture, politics and education. Inspired by both the man and the musical and coordinated by teachers Elisete Laste and Fernando Martins, our senior students from both levels 1 and 2 went on a historical journey to celebrate Brazilian history by retelling the stories of relevant figures or events through music, theater and literature. Hamilton is the story of America then told by America now. Our students are Brazil now. They have the greatest opportunity to tell our story. History is happening and it has its eyes on them. And they definitely didn\u2019t throw away their shots!<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 Hamilton: an American musical tomou a hist\u00f3ria de um dos Pais Fundadores dos Estados Unidos Alexander Hamilton e criou um momento revolucion\u00e1rio no teatro \u2014 um musical que tem um profundo impacto na cultura, pol\u00edtica e educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Inspirados tanto pelo homem quanto pelo musical e coordenados pelos professores Elisete Laste e Fernando Martins, nossos formandos de ambos os n\u00edveis 1 e 2 partiram em uma jornada hist\u00f3rica para celebrar a hist\u00f3ria do Brasil recontando as hist\u00f3rias de figuras ou eventos relevantes atrav\u00e9s da m\u00fasica, teatro e literatura. Hamilton \u00e9 a hist\u00f3ria dos Estados Unidos de ent\u00e3o contada pelas Estados Unidos de agora. Nossos alunos s\u00e3o o Brasil de agora. Eles t\u00eam a grande oportunidade de contar a nossa hist\u00f3ria. A hist\u00f3ria est\u00e1 acontecendo e tem seus olhos sobre eles.
