A nossa ancestralidade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao reino vegetal, s\u00e3o as c\u00e9lulas. Claro que, c\u00e9lulas vegetais s\u00e3o diferentes de c\u00e9lulas animais, no que tangem a presen\u00e7a de organelas que realizam a fotoss\u00edntese, isto \u00e9, plantas produzem seu pr\u00f3prio alimento, sendo autotr\u00f3ficas. N\u00f3s, animais, somos heterotr\u00f3ficos, buscamos a fonte de energia necess\u00e1ria na respira\u00e7\u00e3o e na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o objetivo de observar as diferen\u00e7as de c\u00e9lulas eucariontes animais e vegetais, os 8\u00bas anos realizaram aula pr\u00e1tica de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o celular. Com a t\u00e9cnica de raspado da bochecha, coletamos c\u00e9lulas animais, e com uma pel\u00edcula da cebola, visualizamos as c\u00e9lulas vegetais. Os vegetais possuem cloroplastos, respons\u00e1veis pela obten\u00e7\u00e3o de energia do sol para a fotoss\u00edntese, al\u00e9m do formato retangular. J\u00e1 as c\u00e9lulas animais, s\u00e3o mais arredondadas, e n\u00e3o possuem cloroplastos.<\/p>\n
